About Blooming Creations

The collective deliver after school and holiday sessions to children in years 3-6. With a teen collective project also in the pipeline, Blooming Creations is going from strength to strength.
Children’s Art Exhibition
Haringey children have been busy exploring different art mediums and techniques with the help of some local community artists. Their work will be on display at the Blooming Creations annual art exhibition during July, hosted by Shine.
Naz says, “This year we are delighted to be supported by Shine and exhibiting some of the wonderful pieces both 2D and 3D work.
Over the year we have supported children through a child centred approach, exploring and using various techniques; printing imaginary worlds, intro to still life drawing, inspired by Basquiat’s words in art and Rousseau’s imaginary jungles. I am proud this year to able to share the young artist perspective with you all.”
Blooming Creations continues to encourage young people and their families to take creative journeys. Pilot projects were set up offering all families access to creative activities and building community through the arts. Parents are encouraged to follow their child’s progress as they explore and express themselves through their art making. The project has been operating since 2015 and regularly works with 15 children each week.
